Each day I put my beautiful Corder London handbag to the test, carrying everything but the kitchen sink!  I wish I could be cool and relaxed about my handbag contents, but the truth is I am not that type of girl! However, during fashion weeks I have the momentous task of traipsing all over the city's - by public transport or walking - to shows. Although this part of fashion week isn't at all fun, it does allow me the opportunity to edit my handbag.
It took a while to work out key items and also replace what I missed. You might think this edited version is still too much, although this really is my minimum.

Inside my fashion week handbag...
  • In winter I always pack a scarf or snood with me for the cold moments. I am currently coveting this light pink sheepskin snood by Dlux London
  • A book helps me to switch off from all the lights and constant thinking. I am reading Shocking Life: The Autobiography of Elsa Schiaparelli, V& A Museum Shop.
  • Perfume is a necessity and my current favourite is Burberry Body, at Selfridges.
  • While the camera on my new Samsung is faultless, I do like to have the option of taking better quality photos when I see something interesting. The FujiFilm FinePix Z100 is not only so easy to use but compact too.
  • Due to the amount of travelling I always pack earphones to make the journeys seem quicker. I love these Marc by Marc Jacobs earbuds, I have received so many compliments on them. Something I wouldn't think could happen with such a simple tech accessory.
  • I am head over heels in adoration for Chanel's Rouge Allure, 93 Exaltee. It is a vibrant pink which lightens my skin tone and brings the all needed pop of colour to outfits.
  • I cannot separate Vitamin Water from fashion events, wherever I go I am sure to find a fabulous supply of the flavoured water. Defence is my personal favourite, but there are many flavours to suit your needs.
  • This season I am going back to basics and sketching the collections. I have chosen Smythson's luxurious Runway Notes as it is the most sumptuous notebook and too irresistible with the gold foil blocked cover.
  • Along with my sketching pencils I rely on a quality pen that writes effortlessly. Mont Blanc, although pricey are the perfect stylish option.
  • My nails are incredibly important to me as my hands are on display constantly during Fashion Week, whether writing or rifling through rails. I will be alternating shades by Ciate this season.
  • A reliable foundation is one of the key products during fashion week. My beauty hero is hello flawless oxygen wow by Benefit.
