In celebration of the Queen's Diamond Jubilee and the London Olympics, two of my favourite brands have joined forces to create something fabulous!

Daylesford Organic Farm is situated minutes from my Gloucestershire home, in 2000 acres of the Cotswold countryside. My London office is also conveniently located in close proximity to its Pimlico store, perfect on days when I am feeling rather homesick.

All of their produce is grown on the farm at home, from fruit and veg to meat and poultry. Even cheese and milk is made in the Daylesford creamery!

Not only do Daylesford offer such delicious goods (their freshly baked bread is heaven) but there is also a cafe, cookery school and Spa.

Naturally you can understand my excitement When Daylesford tweeted about their latest cafe location on the rooftop of Selfridges!

The Big Rooftop Tea and Golf Party serves the 'highest afternoon tea on Oxford Street' with Daylesford also providing other light meals, sharing platters and cakes!

Opposite the relaxing Daylesford Cafe, you can even experience a little British eccentricity with a round of crazy golf (best to pre-book) with a difference.  The nine hole course, designed by British food architects and jellymongers, Bompass & Parr are apparently made out of giant cakes.

Although not edible the course is based on famous London landmarks, all displayed as if it were a giant cake stand.  Buckingham Palace, Big Ben and The Gherkin all stand clad in pastel fondant and pretty piped icing.

It was a great experience and I am looking forward to going back.
