I have loved the Wilbur & Gussie Clutches for so long I cannot even remember when I first discovered the brand, let alone when I bought my first 'Charlie' Bag!
The brand was founded in Spring 2005 by school-friends, Lucy Lyons and Brett Tyne. The design duo, both talented individuals, spent time working in different roles before they felt the need to be adventurous and set up their brand. Lucy worked as a Fashion Buyer and Brett was working in film, while designing jewellery in her spare time.

They set up their Accessories Brand Wilbur, Lucy's Cat, and Gussie, Brett's Dog, when they realised there was a gap in the market for elegant and affordable clutch bags with a dose of something different.
Their signature eye-catching prints, stunning jewelled brooch fastenings and innovative hardware are instantly recognisable and highly addictive.
