I found Canadian jewellery brand Pyrrha in one of my favourite shops in the Cotswolds, Foundation and my mecca in London, Liberty's.

Pyrrha source local materials, bettering their local community to create a piece which reflects the process and people who have crafted it. The designer duo Wade Papin and Danielle Wilmore said; "Jewellers traditionally try to make everything look perfect, but we like to show the maker’s hand. We celebrate the original cracks in the waxes."

The pieces are handcrafted with their signature wax seal jewellery by casting 19th Century wax seals into significant pendants, necklaces, rings, earrings and bracelets. Each piece is made from reclaimed sterling silver, bronze or 14k gold.

My favourite pieces from the Talisman collection features insignia rich with meaning culled from heraldry. All the jewellery is unique and handcrafted.
